When I showed my sister, Teresa, the area I planned on painting, she commented "Why would you want to paint that?" Hopefully she will see why now that the painting is done.

Marr Creek, Feb. 28, acrylic painting, 12x16, ©Chris WilleyWe got a brief snow. This is my park through my bedroom window. I began this painting last March (different weather), but the light was so perfect on this day, that I grabbed the paints and finished it off as a snow scene. This is the light between 5:30 and 5:45 on Feb. 28.
